Ichor will conduct a comprehensive review of your peers across the country, with a specific focus on how they effectively engage communities while staying within their given budgets and timelines.

Track long-term local, state, and federal goals, laws, and regulations pertaining to energy transition and climate issues; create a plan to access funding to make the project sustainable – now and into the future.

Assess the effects of equity disparity on underserved communities within an area, big or small, and evaluate paint point data through a combination of analytics and authentic responses from stakeholders to develop actionable models that improve implementation and impact.  

Organize small group and one-on-one hyper-local dialogues with key influencers in critical neighborhoods to understand needs and identify partnership opportunities. Dialogues could be convened on a range of topics and pain points, including, for example, disability access, environmental sustainability, and neighborhood impact analysis. 

Identify meaningful patterns in public and industry data to give your organization sharper insights into the needs and assets of the communities surrounding key projects. Ichor will analyze and map demographic data with other socio-economic indicators to detect trends and evaluate the most significant barriers to access and equity. 

Develop tailored, long-term campaigns that empower community members, deposit goodwill with stakeholders, and create impactful partnerships. Ichor will assist your organization with strategy and tactics to deliver on maximizing impact.  

Zero in on community voices, case studies, and unique pain points to give your organization an in-depth picture of the political, socio-economic, and industry landscapes surrounding current and future development projects. You can use this knowledge to tailor community benefit goals, shape policies, and prioritize communities for engagement.

Identify pain points that impact outcomes in selected markets and help prioritize initiatives and partnerships that can address the most salient risk factors. Throughout our engagement, Ichor will provide an analysis of nuanced political, activist, and community risks that may arise, and offer recommendations for your organization to preempt or mitigate public opposition upfront.
