Zoë is an experienced administrative professional, possessing excellent communication skills, with a passion for the evolution of work culture and its impact on employee engagement.

Background

Zoë served as an Office Manager for a premier investor relations firm with a niche focus on the healthcare and biotechnology market. Before that, Zoë served as an administrative assistant for a seven-building cooperation in Brooklyn, New York. During this time, she gained a multitude of experience in real estate, building skills in project plan building and execution. Over those years, Zoë used her free time to enhance her customer service skills by working for retail companies like Club Monaco and Macy’s Incorporated.

Her expertise in administration, customer service, and communications led her to join the Ichor Brooklyn Office as the Office Administrator in 2022.

Outside of Work

Zoë is a born and raised New Yorker, who graduated from Oakwood University, located in Huntsville, Alabama. With a strong West Indian background, she loves cooking, traveling, and dancing - especially at a carnival celebration!
