Matthew Meron

Community Team — Portland

Matthew is an experienced project manager with a background in community partnerships, fundraising processes and program design/management.

Background

Based in Portland, Matthew is responsible for leading community dialogues, developing volunteer opportunities, and planning thought leadership events. He is also responsible for managing key relationships with nonprofit and community leaders, as well as providing clients with effective community engagement strategies. 

Prior to joining the Community team, Matthew gained more than five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, building community partnerships, designing programs, and managing large projects. Most recently, he worked in refugee resettlement, where he collaborated across government, nonprofit, and large business organizations to help refugees from around the world rebuild their lives. 

Outside of Work

Matthew lives in Portland with his partner, Madison. He enjoys cooking, watching movies and traveling to places he has never been before.
