Marc is a community builder and project manager committed to racial equity and organizational efficiency.

Background

He previously served as a senior project manager at PolicyLink, where he organized events and managed digital platforms to create spaces for community leaders committed to racial, gender, and restorative justice. He also spent time in Washington, DC, where he worked with elections data to increase access to voting information and trained progressive candidates on how to improve their voter outreach strategies. He later worked at a tech startup in Brooklyn, where he developed partnerships with colleges and universities to implement innovative voter registration technology.

Marc's experience helping nonprofits, electoral campaigns, and corporate clients leverage products, services, and relationships to create positive social change made him an ideal fit for Ichor.

Outside of work

In his spare time, he likes to express his creativity through photography, film, writing, DJ'ing, and cooking.
