Sam has experience in qualitative and quantitative research and digital marketing, and has worked across several industries, including retail, education, and immigration.

Background

While at Purses for Nurses, a healthcare/retail nonprofit, she produced digital content, conducted social media analytics, and offered key branding insights. At the same time, she worked at New York University’s Office of Global Services, providing consultation on immigration matters to the school’s international student community. During her time at NYU, Sam also served as President of the Chinese Student Society and as Marketing Director of the University’s Asian Heritage Month.

Her work in branding, analytics, and nonprofits provided her with the skills needed to join Ichor in 2019.

Outside of work

Born and raised in Indonesia, Sam is fluent in Indonesian and an avid traveler who has visited six out of the seven continents.
