Reverend Leah Daughtry

A renowned spiritual and political leader, Reverend Daughtry is one of the most influential Democrats in the nation on faith and values.
She served as Chief Executive Officer of the 2008 and 2016 Democratic National Convention Committee, responsible for all aspects of planning and execution of the Democratic Party’s presidential nominating convention. She was the first person in history to hold this position twice. She has also served as Chief of Staff of the DNC, where she was charged with the day-to-day management of the national party’s affairs.
Since 2005, Daughtry has also led the DNC’s outreach to communities of faith. Prior to working for the DNC, Daughtry held various senior posts at the United States Department of Labor during the Clinton Administration, including Senior Advisor to the Secretary, Chief of Staff and Acting Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management.

Leah serves as a Senior Advisor to Ichor with a particular focus on community engagement.
