Client Engagement — Brooklyn
Phoebe has a background in government and community engagement.
Working in the Government and Community Relations department of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Phoebe conducted research on the port district’s key stakeholders. Prior to the Port Authority, she worked for the Westchester County Board of Legislators, where she drafted outreach relating to the county’s major infrastructure projects and ensured they complied with regulatory guidelines. Phoebe was a finalist for the International Education of Students Abroad’s 2018 Global Citizen Award for her work helping migrants and political asylum seekers in Milan navigate Italian legal and bureaucratic intricacies, often serving as a translator between Italian social workers and non-Italian migrants. She is fluent in Italian.
Her work in the areas of research, government, and community outreach were a natural fit for Ichor’s Brooklyn office.
Outside of work
Phoebe enjoys running and playing soccer and basketball in her free time.
